Célia Alimentos Ltda. conducts its activities based on the principles of ethics, integrity, transparency and strict compliance with applicable legislation, values ​​consolidated in its Code of Ethics and Conduct and its Integrity Program.

The Reporting Channel is the official and permanent instrument made available by the company to receive reports on conduct that may constitute a violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies or current legislation, including, among others: fraud, corruption, bribery, conflict of interests, moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, accounting or financial irregularities, non-compliance with safety, health or environmental standards and any acts harmful to the Public Administration, under the terms of Law no. 12,846/2013.

The Channel is available, free of charge and uninterruptedly, to employees, administrators, suppliers, partners, service providers and the general public.

The report can be made identified or anonymous, at the choice of the complainant; the secrecy of information and the confidentiality of identity, when informed, are ensured; and any form of retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, uses the Channel, under the terms of the Whistleblower Protection Policy, is expressly prohibited.

Manifestations are received and investigated by the Internal Integrity Body, with independence and impartiality, according to its own investigation procedure. At the end of registration, a protocol number is generated, which allows you to follow the manifestation and receive feedback.

Any personal data provided is processed in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), exclusively for investigation purposes, in compliance with the Privacy Policy of Célia Alimentos Ltda. Questions can be directed to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
